This is the question which came to my mind when I joined Kanbay(Now Capgemini) in 2007 when many of my colleague were writing blogs. They were very much exited about writing blog & sharing with each other.I understood it as writing something or whatever on a website. I thought of writing blogs but always wondered what to write...? Some times my poor English stopped me writing.Few days back when my friend Sunil (Gobi) from my engineering college wrote a blog remembering our college days, a question in my mind stuck again..What happened to your plan to write blog which you thought almost 4 years back...? Today also while writing this I do not know exact meaning of blog & started searching meaning in Google & Wikipedia. I found this answer. Thanks to Wikipedia...:)
Blogs are interactive, allowing visitors to leave comments and even message each other via widgets on the blogs and it is this interactivity that distinguishes them from other static websites.
Many blogs provide commentary or news on a particular subject; others function as more personal online diaries. A typical blog combines text, images, and links to other blogs, Web pages, and other media related to its topic. The ability of readers to leave comments in an interactive format is an important part of many blogs.
Today I finally decided to start writing blog n written this. The hope is that in future I will write blogs on some interesting topics.
